Problems with microsoft merchandise causing problems constantly to laptop

I have been a follower of Bill Gates for a long time. I love Microsoft. Or I used to. I have a brand new laptop that came with Windows 10. I like the start screen and everything. However, since Windows 10 I find that google chrome has problems. I
do not like Edge. Chrome used to work just fine. Also, to be perfectly sure, after the corrupt files, I reset my laptop to factory. The only thing I installed was Microsoft stuff from the Store. After about half an hour, things were getting corrupt again.
At first, it was something else I had downloaded. After reset I did not download anything except casual games from the store. Troubleshoot cant fix it most of the time. This is getting tedious. I know for a fact now that the culprit is Microsoft and not
anything else. Is it possible that the games are no good in the new Windows 10? Why would Bill let this happen? I still love Microsoft but I am leaning a lot towards Google. I want my faith back. Can someone explain this in layman's terms? I am computer
literate but in no way a programmer. I would not enjoy my life without a computer.

You do know that Bill Gates has pretty much nothing to do with Microsoft anymore right?

Also, this is the Xbox Games and Apps forum, not sure anybody here will be able to help, perhaps try a Windows 10 specific forum or a Google Chrome specific forum.

or contact Google to let them know the issue that you have on your laptop.

It could be the graphic's card driver. If you are using WDDM 1.1, as of the recent "upgrade" it is causing the Windows driver, igd10umd32.dll to fault out. The upgrade did it to my laptop and haven't been able to play it since the upgrade. Had no problems
with it *before* the recent upgrade. Had no choice but to uninstall Microsoft Bingo from my laptop. I just hope someone at Microsoft and Frima Studios are paying attention. I hope they do something to fix all of the problems that the recent upgrade has been
causing. Wait and see is all I know to do.
