    Problems with Microsoft Jigsaw


    Microsoft Premium player. Have had problems with Microsoft Jigsaw since April 2, 2018. Once challenges or puzzles are completed, rewards are not given. Have reported this problem previously but no one at Microsoft or Xbox seems to
    have noticed the many customer complaints. How do we get attention regarding this problem?

    This month been unable to download the daily jigsaw jammer (lock & bugs okay). Now find I can't download any collections on computer.

    Microsoft games and Xbox sign-in issues

    Same problem with Jigsaw - Solitaire works, but not Jigsaw on Surface 4 in the past week. Xbox customer help can't solve it as this is a 'games on windows' problem, they say. Microsoft Answer Desk can't help. And Jigsaw works fine on a Dell Win 10 platform,
    so it's something about Jigsaw communicating with the xbox registry server on the Surface 4.

    Hey there!

    Sorry to hear you are having a hard time with the game. Now when you are trying to leave the puzzle are you trying to skip it and move on to the next puzzle?

    If you are not seeing any option to exit the level then it is possible that you might need to complete it in order to move on.

    You can always attempt to reach out to the Casual Games community for more information regarding this level. Take a look at the

    Microsoft Casual Games FAQ     for more information.

    If you can please let us know what level it is that you are unable to complete maybe we can look into it a bit more for you.
