    Problems with Microsoft Jigsaw not loading puzzles


    Jigsaw loads ok.

    Signs me in ok - yey - had problems in the past with that!

    But as soon as I choose a puzzle to play it appears to start it, but then the program closes down.

    Arggh!

    Any ideas how I can fix this?

    For the past three days the daily challenge for Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzles will not down load the third puzzle. Why?

    Problems with Microsoft Jigsaw not loading puzzles

    From the MS support page:

    Remove and readd the program.

    You won't lose anything because it is tied to your Microsoft account.

    Just go to the app in settings and right click and uninstall.

    Then reinstall using the store.

    If that does not work then below is a link to the Jigsaw support.
