Problems with microsoft and Xbox log in

Nope, changing your username or gamertag doesn't delete the contents purchased or progress related to your Xbox profile / Microsoft account.

Let's try to isolate the issue a bit more. But please tell me what error code / mesaage are you seeing when you try to log in?
And, just to double check, is this happening on both Windows and Xbox consoles?

its not an xbox problem, its a microsoft problem, the problem isnt that MY FRIEND (not me) cant log in to xbox, its that he cant log in to anything microsoft which is a very big problem since everything practical is owned by microsoft, he needs help changing his microsoft password, not xbox password

Having same problem. Will log into all other games but not Sudoku. I have been trying for 2 days now.

Same problem. Was working fine 3 days ago. I have uninstalled reinstall, clean cache etc ... with no success. All other Microsoft Xbox games I have (Solitaire, Word and Mahjong) are ok. And this accurs on two different computers: a notebook and a Desktop

Yes. Says there is no internet connection. But there is no problem with my internet connection and other Xbox games have no problem connecting.
