Problems with messaging on console and pc

This issue might be occurring because of your internet connection. Try to reset your router/modem for 30 seconds, then connect back to Xbox Live and load up your messages.

Make sure you bought the PC version of the game and not the console version. It sounds like it's looking for a console.

Yeah, the problem is that when I wanna install it on my pc, it shows a message asking where I want to install it, but it don't show anything. I have linked my pc to my microsoft account.

This usually occurs when there is a problem with the browser you are using or the settings for your PC. Try a different browser or PC if possible. If that still doesn't work, try to do it from the console. If doing it from the console does not work, post
the error message and status code you get from the console so this can be further troubleshot.

Then permit me to ask again ... what error message are you receiving when you attempt to claim the games? Also, are you experiencing this problem on your console, on PC or across multiple devices?

It is good to say least have someone making an effort to help...

Unfortunately, That doesn't work either... Also, the version number that appears in the beta is the same 44.44.7002.00000 number in the standard app. It does say 'Xbox beta" though. However, the problems are exactly the same.

Any other suggestions?
