problems with making a purchase

for the past 2 weeks i have had issues making purchases from my xbox and microsoft store using direct mobile payment.

i have had very little help from online chat and telephone support.

i have no spend limits with O2 nor with xbox its self. support keeps telling me to wait 24 hours after a failed purchase attemp before it can be esscalated.

i wait 24 hours and call back and im told to wait 24 hours.

im posting here to see if i can get any help and get this esscalated.

i have just spoken to O2 and they have stated i have no blocks or spend limits.

they can not understand why payments for xbox are gettimg declined since i have just spent £39.99 on google play movies

As a next step I recommend remove your current payment method and re-adding it to see if the error persists.

It is also important that you verify that the region of your account matches the region of your payment method.

Another alternative would be to try to make the payment using Paypal.
