Discus and support problems with loading my purchased Java in my acc. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I recently cleaned my entire laptop and i'm reinstalling stuff that are purchased on my emails.     problems with loading my purchased Java in my acc.


    I recently cleaned my entire laptop and i'm reinstalling stuff that are purchased on my emails. Then, minecraft comes. I have NO IDEA how to fix it after all my attempts and only ai's respond by sending curls to articles that have nothing to do with the issue or is stuff like "have you tried turning it off and on?". I have a receipt and i bought it on late 2023, have access to the account and my purchase history is saved on microsoft (BTW I bought: Minecraft Deluxe collection java & bedrock for pc).

    I tried lookin in the website, launcher, app, etc.

    Hello! I have a bug issue! I already have Java minecraft account, today I bought bedrock and java edition.But why I only got Java edition in my new account? I am so annoying! I delete my current luncher and I log in with my purshed microsoft acc to microsoft store and download bedwar and java again, but nothing happen!!!!!!

    Hello i have the same problem it says i need to pay for mc java cause i am playing bedrock through family sharing but ive got the xbox gamepass ultimate and i wont be able to access java until i buy it on the acc but ive had java before if theres more info u need just ask me(also yes i left my family sharing)

    Minecraft account migration and i lost my aacces to my Java edition.

    Hello Ron. I have logged in to the account with my microsoft account. That is my point. After Migration my account "Jokujuntti" is just gone. And i have no acces to java edition at all. And also that is the launcher i have currently. It makes NO DIFFERENCE at all. This migration has DELETED my java edition from my account and i want it BACK

    Yes bedrock loads only but java shows demo whereas I use java edition to play not vanilla bedrock

    The entire problem is I cannot access java after migrating is there something I'm missing because I have my transaction id and an email from mojang confirming I had java edition
