Problems with live gold subscription

I m going crazy. I just subscribed 12 months with Xbox live gold....I checked on my profile and it sais that everything is ok...it expires on March 2019....now...every time I lunch Fortnite or overwatch, it brings me to the a page where it sais that I have
to subscribe to live gold to be able to play. I did all kind of things to try to make it work...but nothing...

Uninstalled and reinstalled both games...logged out and logged in from my account.....MAC address reset and hard reboot...

And more.....but nothing worked.

At this point I don’t know what to do anymore.

Having problem with pre-paid gold card

Also having problems. I have 12 month Xbox live gold showing in subscription but can't access games with gold..

Hi there,

please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

If the subcription shows, try the following steps

Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)

Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

Redownload your profile

if these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at
