Problems with Kinect command "Xbox Pause"

Hey folks,

i watch many titles on Netflix and since NXOE if i say Xbox Pause it turns in "Xbox String_em" and it directly go to One Guide.

Is this problem known?

Huh?

Every controller option still remains in the game. We can do everything with the controller
and with Kinect at the same time. We can also use the voice command
Pause Game anytime or simply use the controller. I do not understand what your post is ment to be saying?

Hi ImpaaactOne,

The behavior you describe isn't typical and I would suggest doing a hard reset (holding down the xbox logo on the console until the system shuts off)

Wait a couple of seconds and then start the console back up normal.

Please test this again as when I say "Xbox Play", "Xbox Pause", and "Xbox Stop" or even "Exit Netflix", "yes" I'm not seeing a string and these commands are preforming as intended.

Please comment back if this doesn't resolve the issue

You could also try running the Kinect set up again

Thanks for posting this. It'll be really helpful for a while until we learn the commands. I think why a lot of reviewers are having problems with the Kinect voice commands are they are not pausing in between saying "Xbox" and then the command.

whats your privacy problem exactly? if its the kinect voice commands can be shut off, and the kinect can be turned off too
