Problems with Install

Attempting to install Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare but keep getting an error message "Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering 0x80070001 at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate." I reset the Mac Address settings,
went offline, restarted the xbox, went back online, reset the persistent settings in the CD/Blue-Ray settings and no luck. When starting the install process I get an "install started, and the installation percentage in the games section. After about a minute
it pops up the above error and stops the install. Anyone had this issue and possibly has solutions?

If it is relevant, the game was bought used on Gamefly.

You shouldn't need an install disk. What problems are you having with it?

This can also be caused with disc problems try and install the disc to your hard drive.

Im getting the same problem as well. Trying to install NBA 2k12 but it stays at the white circle. Other games I've installed on this system never gave me any trouble (last one I did was about two weeks ago).

Truly this is the first time I've ever heard of this happening, especially when trying on multiple consoles. Have you tried using another disc (if possible)?

In any case, I am going to move this thread to the Support Forums for better visibility.

i tried that and still got nothing, and i tried downloading it onto another hard drive on another console and that didn't work either
