    Problems with Halo Wars 2 Season Pass


    I just want to see why with the season pass I am not able to download the new DLCs? it does not look right that I pay for the season pass but still have to pay $19.99 for each one of them!! any answer will be greatly appreciated

    I was wondering if I could receive the Halo Wars Definitive edition code early? I just bought Halo Wars 2 with the Season Pass.

    Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition contained wrong code

    Hi, just bought the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition, opened it and started game installation from the disc, when that finished I took the card saying "Use code to download Halo Wars 2: Season Pass and Halo Wars: Definitive Edition" flipped it over and entered
    the code. I was then greeted by the message "You're good to go, you now own HALO WARS 2." Looked for Halo Wars: DE or season pass, no joy. While I appreciate the thought in giving me a second license for the game ON THE SAME CONSOLE, I would appreciate the
    chance to play the things I actually paid for, like the first game and season pass content...

    Problems with Halo Wars 2 Season Pass

    Hi Piquet21 sorry to hear about your problem. If you go into "my games and apps" than press start over Halo Wars 2, the DLC should be there in the ready to install section.

    Please note that the Awakening the Nightmare DLC is not covered by the season pass.

    Halo Wars 2: Ultimate - Missing Welcome to the ark and Isabel Pack

    Do you have the Season Pass installed? As long as the Season Pass is installed, you'll be good to go for future content that is released. Since there's currently little information regarding that specific DLC and future DLC for Halo Wars 2 that we can share,
    the safest bet will be to hold on until that content is released.

    If you don't see the Season Pass in your 'Manage game' page for Halo Wars 2, post back and let us know!

    Okay. I don't see the season pass in "manage game" but when I go into the store it DOES say I own it.

    Hello Zethanox, I would recommend trying to find all the different variants of Halo Wars 2 inside the Microsoft store. For instance "Halo Wars 2" is available only as part of a bundle, but "Halo Wars 2: Standard Edition" & "Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition" both
    show a "Buy" or "Play" button inside their store game hubs. The season pass for HW2 also has it's own store game hub page. Hope this helps
