Did you purchase the card from a verified retailer? If the code was already used, you'll want to reach out to the retailer you purchased from for an exchange.

When you buy gold on the website there is a delay before the console will recognize it. To speed up the process, either test your connection or recover your account.

Im having the same problem. I have live until june of next year and it keeps telling me to buy live. I was playing online this morning and I come home and now this ish!!!!! Im not buying a new console!!!!!!!!!!!! Im sure thats where all this is leading
