    Problems with get a games with gold (dead space 2)


    I try to get a free game with gold for Xbox 360 (I have Xbox one), Dead Space 2, but the store show me an error message without an error code. It say that my subscription can't do this, and I must complete the operation on my Xbox
    One, but I'm on Xbox. Please help...

    Cannot buy Dead Space 2 & region restrictions?

    Hi community team,

    I have a problem with getting the current Games with Gold game “Dead Space 2” I was earlier today told by the Microsoft support that I’m not able to get this game due to region restrictions. I´m confused because this game was also shown on the German page for
    “Games with Gold”.

    When I try to buy Dead Space 2 on the marketplace.xbox.com I get the following error: “Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again.”

    I don’t want to fake my region. Please advise.

    Note:

    I´m located in Germany

    Games for gold dead space 2 not available in your region?

    I was excited to see dead space 2 coming to games with gold. However when I tried to get the game it told me that it was not available in my region. Can anyone help me?

    Assassins Creed Syndicate "Games with Gold" donwload is NOT working

    This is only for proving that I had a GOLD signature and that it was still valid at the time I was trying to get the game. I had no problem in getting Dead Space 2.

    Dead Space sure does, AMAZING game. If you want some real survival/horror then that's the game to get (preferably Dead Space 2 - Hardcore).
