problems with games/Xbox

I've been having problems with 3/5 games I've got on the Xbox One. Fifa 16 cant load my profile because it "cant save personal settings 1" also GTA 5 doesn't show any of my previous games on story mode and online. Assassins creed unity starts but when I'm
told to press "A" it keeps returning to the same screen. Destiny and The Crew work completely fine. Is this a problem with my games or my Xbox that has a problem?

Last night i bought two games (Master chief and SOM )and ihave problems at the moment of the instalation,im trying but the game send me a mistake and my xbox set me that my conection is working well ,but th eproblem is yours . What can i do?

Hey TattyCrescent38.

These all sound like separate issues, but to start off be sure you power cycle your console to see if that helps. Hold down the power button for 10 seconds (or until your Xbox One powers down) and then start it back up to see if that helps.

If you're still having trouble let us know. We'll wanna focus on one game at a time though.

The power cycling didn't work and I've also tried uninstalling Fifa and reinstalling it which didn't work either

Can you share the network speeds you're getting on your console? To check that you can visit Detailed Network Statistics under network settings

with assassin greed orgin I didn' delete my cloud saves or console saves this got started few days ago when I swich from destiny 2 to assassin greed orgin and play this game then I have few problems one I seen bug that was bad I had to power cycle
my xbox one x console that day then day later my xbox one x didn't want to turn on me so I had to unplug my xbox one x console to turn it on then play my assassin greed orgin game then 24hrs later I having this problem in my assasin orgin game

Seems to be game specific for sure.

I had the glitch with assassins creed happen a few times, usually if I suspend and return to dashboard, then return to game. I found selecting the game on dashboard, pressing option button then selecting close app, and restarting always sorted it out

Have you tried a different hdmi cable ?
