Problems with games in Xbox game pass for PC error 0x87E10BD0

So when I want to open some games with xbox app in windows 11 (in developer) Microsoft Store shows a dialog that says the following:

"Wolfenstein: The New Order (PC) is currently unavailable on your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft Store and try again. In case you need it, this is the error code: 0x87E10BD0"

Also, when I check subs in xbox support page, it says I don't have any sub, but in microsoft web, it says I have two subs, Xbox Game Pass for PC and Minecraft Realms with 2 friends.

I tried the most common methods, as WSReset.exe or AUInstall in %windir% and also clean boot but didn't solve anything.

Hi there Joaquin welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Well, I suggest you try this:

Open the Settings app it is the gear in the start menu.

Open Accounts

Click Sign-in Options

Scroll down to Privacy

Uncheck "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update and restart."

Restart your PC!

Okay so it doesn't let me reply at my PC anymore.

So what i wanted to say is that i got the error away and now launched the games through another app.

It's replying with error 0x87E10BD0

If i understand the problem, you want to buy them both an Xbox Game Pass subscription to play on their respective PC's ? Buy an Xbox Game Pass PC sub for each or a Ultimate Game Pass. Log their account on Xbox beta app on PC and buy them the correct sub.
Or use xbox.com with their account correctly sign in and buy them Xbox Game Pass for PC.
