No. The conversion only happens with Game Pass Ultimate.

Contacted an agent and got the issue resolved. He had to make some adjustment to my account. Didn't take that long

Awesome, glad to hear that issue was sorted out quickly, especially during a time like this when Support is being overwhelmed.

I'm not sure I completely follow. If you are trying to convert your existing 2 years of Xbox Live to Game Pass Ultimate, then you don't have Ultimate.

If you do in fact have Ultimate, then when you try to add each year of Xbox Live, it will convert them to GPU at the estimated retail value.

1 year of Live would end up being 4 months of GPU.

If this doesn't help, then I apologize. I'm a little confused on this issue because it kind of also sounds like something is not syncing up properly.
