problems with game loading time

Tengo un xbox one s, el problema que tengo es cuando selecciono un juego o aplicación, obtengo una ventana con la información de error 0x8027025a, que tardó demasiado en iniciar la aplicación o el juego.

Ya pasé las siguientes opciones:
1. Formato de fábrica que contiene juegos y datos guardados y no funcionó.
2. borre todo el caché de datos en el disco y los datos del juego para que se vuelva a cargar en caso de que haya algún error en los datos del juego guardado.
3. Formato de fábrica tres veces al tercer intento difícil unos días funcionando bien cargando juegos y aplicaciones. Estaba jugando y recibí un aviso de que había un problema en el almacenamiento de datos de los juegos y tuve la opción de formatear la consola, decidí apagarlo y volví al error.

Anybody else having issues with Game Room?

I've been having Game Room problems ever since Game Room even came out. Freezing issues, scores not loading up, even at times other loading issues just as you are describing. It wasn't ever properly debugged or even developed well to begin with, it was a
wonderful idea at the start, just extremely poorly implemented. Much like these new forums.

I have an xbox one s, the problem I have is when selecting a game or application I get a window with the error information 0x8027025a, which took too long to start application or game.

already spent the following options:

1. Factory format holding saved games and data and it did not work.

2. erase all data cache on disk and game data so that it would reload in case there was any error in the saved game data.

3. Factory format three times to the third attempt hard a few days working well loading games and applications. I was playing and I got a notice that there was a problem in the data storage of the games and I got the option to format the console, I decided
to turn it off and went back to the error.

I appreciate suggestions on this topic

Does your console use an external hard drive?

Could you send us a photo of the console's location and where it is plugged into a power source?

Does this happen with all games and all aps? What games and apps have you tested so far?

If you have the game disc auto-load turned on that may be the problem, you are loading an application at the same time a game is attempting to run and it causes a crash.

Try turning off the auto-load/run feature for disc based games.

Forza motorsport got no problems, I drag to my second screen and load up on my second screen every time i load the game up. I all so had no problem with all my other games.
