Problems with Forza Hub

Hello, there is something wrong with the points shown in Forza Hub for Forza Motorsport 7.

The first action point there is “Gamerscore”.

For my account [Mod Removed] a Gamerscore of 765/1000 is shown.

My real Gamerscore is 985/1000.

According to that my points in Forza 7 are also wrong.

Is it possible to repair that?

Never got my pre order bonus or Forza Tier rewards (FH3 PC)

Basically the title, I contacted MS support and they told me to wait as they were having heaps of problems with VIP and DLC before launch and I got them after a couple days but still haven't got my pre order car and forza hub tier reward.

And Forza HUB still has not updated any of my gameplay details or stats, so not sure if that has a effect. Thank you.

 

Xbox app borked? Maybe a Live service issue?

The Forza Hub issue is with the Windows 10 app. On the console it works fine and it logs me in instantly. With the PC version, I get the spinning loading circle for 10-20 seconds, then it says that the Forza Hub is currently unavailable.

Let's have you try uninstalling the Forza Hub app,
power cycling your Xbox One console, and then reinstalling the app.

Did that help with what you're seeing in the app?

Unfortunately it doesn't work, there ist still the same problem.

 

Ah, gotcha. Just to clarify, your Gamerscore for Forza games is showing correctly when you view the achievements on your Xbox profile, but the total Gamerscore is showing incorrectly within the Forza Hub app?

official Forza support forums so a member of the Forza team can take a closer look into this with you.
