Problems with Forza Horizon 3 save data

my game save data seems to have corrupted

I no longer have any of my cars or credits and when I start the game it starts again from the beginning

Although some pop up notifications on the screen say I've discovered 411 roads the data in the game screens doesn't reflect any of this

The downloaded syn data file is 29Mb

Help !

Forza horizon 3 saved data missing

I have lost all my Forza horizon 3 saved data and it has started a whole new save

Hey there, have you tried syncing your
cloud save back over to the console? Are you still seeing the same in-game issue when you do so?

yes. I've reset the Xbox and it downloads 29.2Mb of save game but the game still starts from the beginning, just been playing it and says I've discovered a new road number 11 but then the little bar comes up showing 411. It's very confused lol

Okay, what you will want to do is make a post in the
official Forza support forums and let them know what is going on with the save file. They may be able to further assist with getting that recovered.

i still have all my progress in forza horizon 4 after trying this i checked if it was saved before by going on my games and apps then i pressed more options on forza horizon 4 and selected Manage game and add-ons and scrolled down to the Saved data tab
and it says there is 10 MB of reserved space for forza horizon 4.not sure if this is the correctway to chech or if that tells me it is saved but it worled for me. hope this helps.
