Problems with FIFA 20 Trial

Hi I have been trying to download the FIFA 20 trial and keep getting the following code when I try to play it

0x803F8001.

I have downloaded this 4 times now?

Hi @StuBailie! I think I have a solution to your problem! I hope this fixes it! Follow these steps:

1. Plug in your Xbox console Press and hold a power button for 10 seconds or more until it turns off ->unplug it and wait for 10-15 seconds ->Plug it in and turn on
2. Check if this helped to fix Error code 0x803f8001. If it didn't try hard reset

If you have already downloaded 4 times and it is not working yet it is probably a demo error, but trying to clear the cache can solve it too.

Seen this problem quite often most of the time 3rd is barely needed but sometimes it does help to reach out to them incase they haven't updated it ect.

There is 3 things to try

1. Power cycle your console https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

2. Re download your gamer tag https://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

3. Contact EA help about it since it's there subscription service. https://help.ea.com/en/

Just tried that and sadly it is still telling me I don't own this game

I know you mentioned you didn't want to do it, but I would suggest
uninstalling the game and reinstalling it.

That's usually the fix-all troubleshooting method for issues like this one.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support
