    I have a problem reading the results of an enforcement review. In fact the enforcement webpage in general seems flakey to me.

    For the enforcement review (on my son's account). I go to enforcement.xbox.xom, log in as myself, click on the orange hammer icon. I then click on my son's account to see his enforcement history. Beside the case is the result of the review "decision upheld",
    but when I click on it I just get returned to the enforcement homepage. I did once get through to the review notes this way, but it seems to be 9 times out of 10 it doesn't work. I also tried accessing it via the "case review" link on the home page, that takes
    me through various pages, but ultimately when I try to get the review notes the same result!

    I have cleared cache, restarted PC, restarted browser, logged on & off, all with 4 different browsers (IE, Edge, Firefox, Chrome) all with the same results

    In general I find the enforcement page is irregular in how it works for me ... I am often returned to the home page when following links - sometimes from the homepage itself (it happens about 1 time in 3 when I click on the hammer icon, for example)

    Any ideas?

    I'm having problems with the Ambassedors page, is keeps staying on 10% left until level 2 after 6 a 7 chats now

    What can i do with this?

    How long are you spending on the page?

    It could be that it is timing your session out. Do you have to re log into your Account?

  5. I remain logged in - tried logging oput & in again & same result. I actually did manage to get to the review yesterday, but it took about 20 attempts

    Glad to see you were able to get your review submitted. Shame it took 20 attempts. Although, no one else seems to have reported this either. Do you have extensions in the browsers?

  7. I've been having the same issues trying to look at the case review for my little brother's enforcement action - and it has happened on a previous occasion a few months ago too. I've tried on Windows 10 (IE and Edge with no extensions, Chrome and Firefox
    with extensions) and on iOS (Safari, Firefox and Chrome, all without extensions). On iOS when using Firefox, I did notice that the URL briefly gets redirected to something along the lines of aspxerror?/path/to/previous/page just before you get redirected to
    the homepage. I've been unable to get in to review the details of this case review because of this.

    Enforcement page

    Try checking your email associated with your xbox account. Usually if your suspended they notify you through email on their reason. Try keeping it positive when messaging players. Anything inappropriate can get you suspended. If this was your first warning
    you should only be suspended for the next 24 hours. Hope this helps.
