problems with elite control in xbox and windows 10

Good afternoon, I have an elite control of xbox and a couple of days ago I stopped being detected by the xbox, trying to pair it again does not detect it and when connected by USB cable the control does not respond and it restarts every so often, connect
the command to a computer with windows 10 does exactly the same, try to connect it to the android mobile with an OTG cable and I recognize it without problems as in a Windows 7 computer would like to know if there is any way to restore control or reinstall
the firmware from windows 7

Xbox Elite Controller does not work after installing the app "accessories xbox" on my win10 x64

I have a Xbox one Elite Controller , he work fine on my pc 64bit windows 10 , but today i try the app accesories xbox , the app lauch an update after some minute the app close , i relaunch the app and she don't recognize my Elite Controler ... in game too
...

I try the same thing with a classic xbox one control , update work fine and the pad work too ...

So when i go to the xbox site and i click on accesories for windows 10 i SEE the elite controller and you SELL it too

NOW MY CONTROLLER IS BROKEN , I TELL THE SUPPORT , They don't KNOW coz they bad

and What CAN i DO ?

windows 10 recognise my pad in system configuration ..

But the update broke the firmware of the elite controller i think

 

Xbox One controller broken by Windows Anniversary Update

My Xbox elite controller just stopped working yesterday on a recently purchased laptop but already had the anniversary update on it so I can't roll back to the previous version of Windows 10.

I've noticed now that in the device and printer section of the Control Panel I've got a Xbox 360 controller for Windows entry which isn't present on another version of Windows 10 install on my desktop PC so this laptop now has two entries the elite controller
and the Xbox 360 controller in Control Panel.If I disabled the Xbox 360 controller entry I get functionality on the elite controller but on a restart Windows the 360 controller reappears in Control Panel and in device manager.

Strange thing that for a week since I've had this new laptop everything was working fine in, now steam doesn't recognise the elite controller and windows hasn't done an update so how's this happened?
