Problems with elite 2

I buy the elite 2 controller, after six months i start with multiple problems lb/RB doesnt works propertly, the Arrows has the same problem and after some chat discussions with the support i receive a refurbished replacement, the problem was the same, RB/lb has problems, so i contact again and ask for another replacement, i says that if i spent near 180€ and i only have one year of guaantee i want a new device, but i receive another refurbished controller, It seems to works better but it doesnt works like a new one.

We have only six months of guarantee on a refurbished, when i was on the fifth month we started again with some problems but not always, the problem was after some months of the guarantee, that i have the same problem again. RB/lb doesnt works, for example in far cry 6 i have a special attack that you need to press many times to do It, and Now y cant play with this expensive pro controller.

So, Microsoft knows the problem but they dont assume it,if i want i can pay another 100€ to have another one that will have the same problem in less than a year.

I dont know why if in Europe we have two years of guarantee we only have one with Microsoft.

I cant assume the cost of this controller again if It Will have the same problem in less than a year, i play 2h aprox per day, is not a hard effort for the controller

I ask that i want to Talk with a supervisor and they said that i will have the same response.

Im very sad with this situation,
