    Problems with downloading a jigsaw


    Hi,

    I have problems with downloading my new jigsaw puzzles. I have bought them and click download them will the program freeze and the download will not progress.

    What can i do for solving this problem.

    I keep getting problems trying to download Daily Challenge Data. Error 016000

    I frequently have problems downloading Daily Challenge Data on my Microsoft jigsaw. I am quoted error 016000.

    Unable to play game

    For some reason my Daily Challenge on Microsoft Jigsaw is not downloading and has not done so since the beginning of December. I also play the daily challenges on Sudoku, Mahjong and Solitaire without any problems so don't understand the problem with jigsaw.
    In the past I have had problems with jigsaw but has usually righted itself after a couple of days but this time the problem has endured so far for 16 days. Your help in the matter would be appreciated so that I can complete the challenges before the end of
    the month.

    Microsoft Jigsaw

    I have similar problem. I couldn't download any additional jigsaws. Downloading goes to 1% and stops.

    New puzzles don't download.

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.

    Tried this. Didn't work. Any other suggestions for the same problem? Microsoft Jigsaw was already turned on in my apps. I turned it off, then back on & still didn't help.

    Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzle

    I also have the same problem, and I have checked all the suggested fixes :-

    - Rebooted PC many times

    - All software updated to latest checked every day

    - uninstalled and reinstalled Jigsaw several times

    - Windows firewall ticked for jigsaw

    - 140Gb disk free space

    The fact that solitaire games all download with no problems suggests it is Microsoft Jigsaw that is the problem not my system

    A solution would be appreciated
