Problems with download and install of „enhanced-mode-games“ on XBox One X

Hello there,

I had changed from an Xbox One to the model X. It is connect to a TV with FullHD. I play Train Sim World. It runs all very fine, but: until now I couldn't load and install the games in the "enhanced for Xbox One X" -Format. I‘ve tried various hints and possibilities,
like reset and new installation. Nothing helps.

Therefore I have tested this now:
Xbox Reset with all deleted, reconnecting it to another TV WITH 4K, start/setup new and downloading my games, from the store, and there in the section „Games enhanced for XBox One X“. However, the games coming still in the old version of XBox One without
update.
Further I read in the Settings->4K Status, that I can't use 4K (because of my FullHD), but therefore the enhanced games with better Quality. Ok, it's nice and shows that it runs normally. Only: How can I get these games? Somebody an idea? Thanks.

There is no “genre”. The games that are enhanced for X1X andin the future series X are the exact same games. Thrybjust load different settings and graphical assets. Its exactly the same as “high/med/low” settings on a PC. Whatever the issue was, that wasnt
it. Some games require updates to add the higher resolution textures and cutscenes like Shadow of War

Now I can actually answer my own question: There is no enhanced version of TSW at all! Even though it's on the list of "Enhanced Games" - and I relied on it. I can search and try for a long time....

One should pay attention to functions in the shop, there it is. Thank you, it's a good "joke", or?

At least the secret is out.

An Xbox One S will not download the game enhancements for an Xbox One X.

As it clearly states in the store "Xbox One X Enhanced", not Xbox One S.

It is only with the Xbox One X that the enhanced game makes any difference, when you install the game onto your console, the One X just downloads the extra content required for 4K graphics.

The standard Xbox One and One S will not download the extra content as it is not required.

What he/she is trying to say is that you can download the enhanced features of Xbox One X enhanced games now already to make it easier to set up your One X.
