    Problems with DLC and Payment


    This is the +3rd time I've lost my DLC for Forza Horizon and it makes me pay for everything again. Of course, I accidentally double tapped the A button and purchased something again. I would like to get my money back if possible, because I've had to spend
    more money for the things I keep losing somehow. Would that be possible?

    If you don't have access to a console with the beta on then there's nothing you can do until the updated dash is made public i'm afraid.

    Hello,

    In general xbox do not refund money as there is a confirmation page before payment is made.

    Any concerns in regards to your account need to be taken up with xbox directly.

    As I am unsure of your country I will supply a link with the list of country phone numbers.

    When redownloading anything it is best to use your download history since content and availability can change at anytime

    Can't Authorize Payment

    Hey, I´ve got the same problem. There has never been a problem with purchasing DLC content and microsoft points with my credit card but now (for three days now) it only says "Can't authorize the selected payment option..."

    Any DLC purchased is yours to keep.



    Even if you remove or change the method of payment, the DLC will remain on your hard drive.
