Problems with Dead Rising 4

Hi, my name is Fellipe and I'm from Brazil.

I recently bought Dead Rising 4 and I played the game before updating in offline mode and the game was normal but when I did the 40GB update, the HUB, action button and map disappeared from the screen, the game does not appear any information, only the game
itself, as if it were a movie ... before I updated it was normal, the weapons to choose, the map and the buttons to pick up an object and talk to a character. What do I do ? I already unsealed three times the game and nothing. My game is physical media. Thank
you.
