    Problems with dashboard


    Not sure what to say or if this the right place in where to place this. But I'm having trouble with my Xbox after installing the preview program starting experiencing some issues such as randomly being removed from a party. When snapping an app and playing
    at the same time led to an issue where my screen would freeze after clicking the xbox home button it would freeze and say something went wrong. Same thing would occur when attempting to record a clip. Then on this specific day Oct 23rd I couldn't load up my
    dashboard but would receive notifications such as a game ready to start and invites. Tried force resetting but once the xbox one loading screen finished it would take me to a blank screen. No dashboard.I had a kinect and I would give commands and it would
    receive them but wouldn't act. Like when I said go home it would receive but no dashboard. So I called xbox support and they paired me with a guy named Ronnie and I tried giving multiple solutions to no avail. He told me to get a file from xbox.com place it
    in the usb after being formatted differently so I can factory reset my xbox but I didn't succeed so he sent me an email to the xbox forums and explain what my situation was. If this ain't the right place I give up (._.)

    Problems with xbone dashboard.

    That's stupid and I hate it. That's not really managing my games as much as it is cluttering my dashboard. I take it there's no better way, though?

    Well then let me try to explain the icon thingie again. If you look at certain icons/tiles you may notice that some of them have little extra signs in their right upper corner. Some for example have that corner colored white with a star in it, indicating
    that they already contain updates. Some of them, like the party app, contains a different sign in that corner, where the corner is not colored white. That's the sign for that this app runs snapped. And as explained above a snapped app starts the last used
    main/fullscreen app or game.

    Don't give up, you're almost there! You actually want to post in the preview forums (forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx). You may get a
    message that says "Group Not Found" when you click that. If you do, reply here so a member of official support can verify that you're in the program and get you access.

    Many of the issues that you're describing can usually be fixed by holding the Xbox logo on the front of your console until it shuts off and unplugging the power cord from the back for 5 minutes.

  5. I am having the same issues, I have also tried to select the link above, and it does say "group not found". I have tried also to reset my console with no luck.

    If he set your account region to something other than the region you live in, you will likely run into issues, I'm afraid. While you can change your language, you cannot change your region, and many codes and items are in fact region locked. It sounds like
    you may want to ask that your friend help you create a new account, so that you can avoid these kinds of issues in the future.

    Hi,

    Try clean cache.
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache


    Verify if have any corrupted/Incomplete file in your storage device.

    If you found corrupted tour profile delete Profile ONLY and download it again.

    Also to identify if its your HDD try use your Xbox 360 with USB Flash drive as Xbox 360 Storage Device (You will need to download update in that flash drive.

    I recommend USB Flash Drive brand SanDisk.
