when I play GTA 5 on the disc often it happens that in the singleplayer game briefly braked, also has a lot of frame-drop to a lot of influence on driving, and as far as the gta online in gta online when normal driving through the city often come across
the frame- drop and lag. like my status and console me sometimes braking and slow loading store, I bought a new 3 months ago, also benefits and 1080p television.Sorry if there are spelling errors

Both the original 360 and the 360 S have feet that allow them to be oriented horizontally or vertically.

Having said that, with rare exception I keep mine horizontal. Vertical's too easy to tip accidentally, even a small amount.

I'm also being told i need to buy cooling fans to keep the game cool.

I have never used any extra cooling with any of
my consoles. The exhaust fans on both the original console and the 360 S have kept every generation of 360 I've owned cool enough on their own.

I personally lie my console on it's side. I also make sure there's enough ventilation around it.

Let's first try a full power cycle on your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until your Xbox One powers off. If you're still having trouble after that, try uninstalling GTA V, power cycle once more, and then reinstall it.

I cleared cache when i first had the problem with watching DVD's but a week later the problem seems to have got worse, I could ring support and get it sorted that way i suppose but I still have 2month on my warranty from the shop so should be able to go
tomoz to Game and get it sorted a bit quicker shudnt i?

Hello, Please un-plug Your Xbox Console from all power sources for 30 minutes and then plug it back in and attempt to turn it on again. If this issue continues to happen feel free to reply and I will get to you ASAP.

Personal preference really & depending on the space your going to put the Xbox 360 in, I've got 2 consoles (Original & S model) myself & have both positioned vertically, never had any heating issues or any issue for that matter, you decide as I don't think
there is any compelling evidence that suggest's one way is better than the other, just remember not to put them in confined spaces or block the fans/vents airflow.

Also there is no need for extra fans, they do more harm than good.
