    Problems with connecting Xbox One to my mobile hot spot


    i have android and T-mobile with unlimited internet and a month ago I had no problem I would connect my Xbox 360 or one to my hotspot and watch Netflix or even play Elder scrolls online no problem. Now all of a sudden my Xbox one can barely do anything.
    I log on Netflix and it slowly loads up to 25% and stays that way sometimes eventually loading up to 99% then saying its having problems playing right now. I've tried logging on eso but it would load until it kicked me for inactivity. The weird part is besides
    the fact that it works on my 360 albeit a little slower is that elder scrolls online seems to actually work now albeit a bit slow and laggy. Yet still Netflix doesn't work at all. The download speed has been .2mbps and the upload .54 mps with 1% packet loss
    and roughly 70ms latency. I don't understand what's changed, what's wrong, why Eso somehow works but not Netflix and what I can do to fix it. It's been another billing cycle a I know I'm not capped or anything. If anyone could help is really appreciate it.
    Until my Comcast bill gets paid in a few days this is my only source of internet.

    Xbox network failure bit have trouble shooted all suggestions

    Tried a mobile hot spot and it will connect to the Xbox.

    But no connection to Xbox network, tried to restart, shutdown.

    Makes no diffrence.

    I got it connected to a mobile hot spot and it allowed me to sign in, will it let me do it again when I connect it back to my regular network?
