Problems with cloud gaming

Hi all

Whenever I try and play cloud gaming through the console (series s) such as dead space (or any other cloud game) the screen keeps refreshing constantly and it's very bad and Pixley etc. But if I use the edge browser on Xbox series s and go to xbox.com/play and use cloud gaming there it works perfect! Why is that? Or what's causing the problem with cloud gaming through the game pass app? I am on a wired connection and the speed is great. Latency is great too and no packet loss. Any ideas?
