    Problems with buying games due to region check security


    I have two personal accounts for payment in Russia and Kazahstan. Now I am in Kazahstan and my xbox360 is also in Kazahstan and it has been here since I bought it(in parameters of console region is others due to Kazahstan is not in list). When I try to
    buy a game, system offers me to pay by account for payment in Russia. And any attempts to pay by this account are unsuccessful, because, I think, my location differs from address of billing. What should I do to buy games in Kazahstan without problems?

    As mentioned Kazahstan is not a supported region. Which is why this issue is occurring.

    Kazahstan is not part of xbox live regions hence the issues with payment. Further more you will have issues if your account region is different from your physical region.

    Normally you can not buy digital games in Kazakhstan since it can't connect to Xbox live due to being a country that is not supported for Xbox live. The only reason you may be able to try to buy a game is because your Microsoft account may be set to Russia
    for that account on the migration page here:
    https://live.xbox.com/accountmigration

    You must be in one of the supported countries on this list and also have your account set to that country that you're in, in order to purchase digital content on Xbox live:

    Can't buy product due to region.

    I'm not sure, you should check if the game is available in your region, if it is you shouldn't have problems to buy it.
