Problems with buying a game HELP!

Hello everyone! Today i bought a game digitally on the microsoft store, the game was viva pinata a 360 game that is a rare replay on the store. I have had this game with game pass before but i ran out of game pass and delted the game awhile ago, today I rebought it for 14.99. I started the install process and turned my xbox off because i has to do something else, i sat down a few minutes ago and clicked it to play and it was fully downloaded, it would not let me play it! It said everytime i clicked it that i needed to buy the game to play it and when i went to the store the buy button thats usually there said “manage, you can play this game”, i thought it might have been a download issue so i unistalled it and went to re install. It says now on the store that i dont own it and i need to buy it again!! Did i just waste 15 dollars!? What is happening! Im on the right game version and the right account! Someone help me edit: got it to work thanks to everyone who helped!

There are two seperate downloads. One is rare replay, one is standalone 360

Oh my gosh thank you so much! It’s installed and is now letting me play it, don’t know what I had wrong there but it’s good now! Thank you! I had to go to my games and apps that I owned and it showed up there

Check in your Games and Apps to see if it shows as ready to install there. If it's not there, double check http://account.microsoft.com to makes sure the transaction went through.

In order to successfully purchase on the Microsoft Xbox store, you need to have your Xbox Live region, Microsoft Store, and Payment method all in the same region to avoid regional discrepancy.

In this case, since you are physically located in Sweden, you need to migrate your Xbox Live account region from Turkey to Sweden, here's how:

Go to account.xbox.com

Click on your gamer picture

Click on the ellipsis option or the 3 dots symbol (...)

Select Xbox settings

Then go to "Change 360 Account region"

NOTE: Please read the instruction carefully in changing your account region. For the next account migration, you will be able to change your Xbox Live region after 90 days.

Then to change your region in Windows

Windows 11/Windows 10

Select Start > Settings > Time & Language > Region.

Under Country or Region, select your new region. You can change it back at any time.

When you make your first purchase with Xbox One in the new locale, you'll be prompted to update your billing information. Here's how to do it:

Sign in to your Xbox One console.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select System > Settings > System > Language & Location.

Select your new location from the Location list, and then select Restart Now.

NOTE: Make sure to use the Swedish Payment card region for purchase.

Once your Xbox Live region, payment method, and Microsoft store region are all aligned, try to make a purchase again on the Microsoft Xbox store.

try to clean the cache by holding the front button for 10 seconds when switch of the console...

Then could you explain more, like how you're trying to pay your purchase?!? maybe is a problem of the card too...
