Problems with black screen

I'm assuming everyone is still having black screen problems? Mine seems to be different than most. I'm almost 3/4 of the way done with my season and the game I'm currently playing I can make it to the end of the 3rd quarter and then it black screens. I have
to turn my xbox off and back on and start the game without signing in to pull my career back up. Once again I can play the same game and it black screens after 3 quarters. If I try to download my save it says its corrupt and asks if I want to delete my save.
So basically I can play the same team over and over in my career for 3 quarters and make no progress or I can restart. I really enjoy the game but I guess I'm gonna take it to gamestop if there's nothing I can do. Anyone have any ideas?

Snap

Black screen

To day i had problems with my internet and now whenever i turn the xbox on it goes to a black screen

You're ***. I've had multiple corrupt saves. You can call the 2K support number listed on your game case/manual but they will only refund you VC if you bought any for the files...they won't fix your save.

This exact problem happened to me. I just updated and boom just black screen instead of home screen. I click report a problem and it goes to open the app then black screen. I put in a disk and loads up the game screen and then black screen.

No signal on monitor but troubleshooting doesn’t work when i try to do.

Thank you for your response and for letting me know that you have already taken troubleshooting steps. I recommend the following steps:

1. Confirm that both your TV/Monitor and console are turned on.
2. Check that your TV/Monitor is set to the correct input signal (HDMI).
3. Check that the HDMI cable connections to your console and to your TV/Monitor are secure.
4. Confirm that the HDMI cable is connected to the "out to TV/Monitor" port on the console.
5. Plug the HDMI cable into a different HDMI port on your TV/Monitor.
6. Use a different HDMI cable to connect your console to your TV/Monitor.
7. Connect your console to a different TV/Monitor.
8. Power cycle your console by pressing and holding the Power button for 10 seconds to turn off the console, and then turning it on again.
