problems with bingo game

    problems with bingo game


    I haven't been able to get or gift in bingo for a few days and at times can't even get connected. What is going on with MS that they can't keep things running properly!!! Are there any technicians there who know what to do or are they just sitting around??
    Sorry but this is getting above and beyond annoying/frustrating.

    Having another episode with bingo. Why do you have so much problems with the server on bingo?

    Again connection problems, get the bugs out already

    Why are connection problems so consistent with bingo? Either can't connect or crashes in mid games.

    I cant call valid bingos

    Having the same problem.

    W8.1x64,

    Acer Iconia W700,

    From the very beginning,

    Valid bingos are not scored. In fact, in my case: my bingos are counted in the end of game reward; they are reported in list of all bingos to the left of the screen during a game; but they produce not a "Bingo" happy picture, but a red cross and 10s delay
    as if there was no bingos on field. Auto-bingo also does not seem to work (not sure in this point, as soon as I can't say what is normal behavior, but no "Bingo" picture also).

    XBox connection is established, Facebook is not used.

    Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game? If you can't resolve the issue and you would like to request a refund see below.
