    Problems with apps

    Hi. I have a problem with XBOX 360. When I log in on the live account, the part with apps disappear, with one account, without connection on the live I see the apps, but I can't install.

    The first photo is with connection to live account, then second one without connection.

    Problems with xbox APPs

    Hi there

    I found the next problem on my xbox 360: when i`m not logged in, i got one button for applications and another button for games. But when i`m logging in to my profile, i got only GAME button and cannot use apps or even download and install them. The only
    way i can use apps when logged in - is to make shortcut.

    Then i again logging out and the button "Make shortcut" changes to "Install". If i press install it wants me to log in. And again, when i`m logged in, i cant download and use apps, only make shorcuts for them. I cant even found any app like YouTube or Twitch
    when logged in (and i can find them when logged out). And the same problem with Bing search bar.

    Sorry for my bad English, hope You will help me. I can add u any info or even make video or screenshots.

    teams are currently working diligently to investigate and implement a resolution for this. We do not have a date or time when this will be resolved but are sure that this will be resolved soon.
