    problems with app youtube and netflix


    Hi there, i have a xbox360 arcade and i instaled 2 apps that are not working at all. they are youtube and netflix. both of them are closing the window wile you are waching videos. what can i do to fix that?

    App problems

    Hi - having problems with a couple of apps, specifically YouTube and Netflix. As soon as I get onto the first screen (login in the case of Netflix, search in YouTube), everything freezes. Can't navigate, can't type.

    Any thoughts?

    Yes, try to restore the console system using the combination below:

    In your console, go to Settings »»» System »»» Storage »»» Just select (highlight) your hdd or memory unit and press: LB + RB + X + LB + RB + X

    You'll be prompted to remove previous update and update again, click in Yes

    If it does not work, please, contact Xbox support

    I am now having the same problem my netflix app & youtube app doesnt work :(

    good thing i still can watch netflix on my ps3...

    Media Remote no longer works with YouTube and Netflix apps after 11/15 console update

    After installing the February update, I no longer have this problem. The IR remote now works in both Netflix and YouTube apps.

    Thanks for the additional information. Have you tested your other apps or streaming apps like YouTube, Netflix, etc. if they have the same issue?

    If it's specific to Crunchyroll app only then the problem is with their app that needs optimization or bug fix.
