    Problems with App and Update downloads


    Hi Forum Members, ihope you can help me! Problems with App and Update downloads :)

    Xbox Live features like playing Multiplayer on Halo MCC or surfing with Internet Explorer or look Youtube Videos works fine.

    But i can´t download Apps and Updates with this Internet Connection.

    I have tried to download the Apps/Downloads with an other Internet Connection (fixed wired internet - same Provider) -- > NAT strikt but the downloads works fine.

    The Provider insured me that nothing is blocked from their server.

    Maybe i must open a spezial Port for App and Update downloads??

    Any Ideas?

    Is netflix broken?

    I'm not having any problems. Delete the app, clear your cache to delete the update, and download the app again to see if that helps.

    Problem with code redeemed for accessing Xbox One update preview

    Hi, I am having problems, after I redeemed my code to download the Xbox One update preview app.

    After the redemption of the code, nothing happened, it didn't download the Xbox One update preview app.

    Can someone help me?

    Can't update or download games

    I live in the UK and my brother is also having problems downloading updates or games but app download for both of us.

    Error Code: 0x8027025a after update

    Update 3: I found out the problem and a fix for it, well sort of fix.
    The problem was that I can't launch games/apps while downloading/installing another game, app, or update. The problem also works both ways, meaning that you can't download/install a game, app, or update while playing a game or using an app.
    Like what I described in my "Update 2" post. The fix, sort of,
    is to pause or finish the download, then try relaunching the game/app you wanted to use. It should launch after the first or second try. This is the only thing I found that showed results. The problem is still there, but at least there's a workaround.
    I hope Microsoft releases a patch to fix this problem, not sure why launching and downloading a game/app at the same time would cause such a problem and vice-versa, but it's been about two weeks.

    I can download games and apps but can't update the store app :)
