    Problems with all my apps


    Hey!

    I have a problem with my xbox since a week. When I try to launch a game or an app it take a long time to load and it just crash.

    Then a box oppen saying that `for an unknown reason the launching of "xxx" has been to long ( 0x8027025a).

    It does that for all my apps and game i've tried a lot of things and it doesn't work. Help me please I don't know what to do!! Problems with all my apps :(

    my apps on my xbox1 keep crashing and don't work sometimes. Also my game the division sometimes won't start I have to hard reset my Xbox to get it to work

    Hi. I have a problem with XBOX 360. When I log in on the live account, the part with apps disappear, with one account, without connection on the live I see the apps, but I can't install.

    The first photo is with connection to live account, then second one without connection.

    Hi there,

    in a case like this I would advise to try the Factory Reset via the steps here: Reset Xbox One Console to Factory Defaults

    If you can't access the Settings due to getting the same Too long to load error then try the following:

    1. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
    2. Wait 30 seconds.
    3. Plug the power cord back in.
    4. Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the
      EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
      Xbox       button on the console.
    5. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
    6. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. Note If you don't hear two power-up tones after 15 seconds, it means this failed. Likewise, if you hear any “power-down” chirps, that also means this failed.
    7. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
    8. This should show a menu with the option to factory reset the console, if it does not please try the steps again
    9. Factory Reset the console, it will give the option to keep Games & Apps installed

    Same problem with the same app: error code 0x87DD0005. All the others apps of XBOX are working well with my account.

    Hello Fernando! Thanks for responding! The technique you provided didn't quite work for this problem. My app isn't currently open, as when this problem started, it immediately deleted all apps downloaded by the Xbox app.

    Same problem with the same app: error code 0x87DD0005. All the others apps of XBOX are working well with my account.

    Hey there :)

    about all apps uninstalled is the first time I hear that... sorry :S

    For your progress they will be safe, cause normally there is a copy on the cloud ;)

    Just make a control on your account and see if there are some strange activities that you don't recognise!
