Problems with alias account

dear guys...my mail account is not active...so is impossible verify my alias account and create a new mail alias account to substitute the mail inactive...how can I do?!? I m de sperate!!! Thank you for any support!!!! Andrea

Problems with account after changing alias

After changing my @live alias to a @gmail my Xbox has not been able to access any Xbox live services. I went to try changing my alias back to the @live to see if that was the problem and after trying to do that I came up with the error message "this email
is part of a reserved domain enter another email.". When I get on my Xbox next to my pins I see a box that says "There's a problem getting this content right now." I've tried to contact Microsoft and I just keep waiting to be help. Any reasons why this is
happening?

Greetings! Are you still having issues with the service? Try the troubleshooting below:

• Remove your account.
  • Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select
    Home
  • Highlight the gamerpic in the upper-left corner to open the account list.
    
  • Select your account, press the A button on your controller, and then select
    Sign Out.
• Power cycle your console (Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds)
• Sign back in to your account.

Hey there bevilife.

If your Yahoo account no longer exists, I have seen a quick work around for users by creating the same Yahoo account you used. This should give you quick access to your Xbox Live account Let us know if it helps.
