    Problems with adding a new account Xbox One


    Some months ago I didn't have this problem of not being able to add a new account, now I try to add a new one and appears a message from the xbox that says "Xbox can only have a maximum of 32 accounts (0x80a30201)". I don't understand, I had just 1 account
    and that says that I have more than 32...

    Has this happened to someone?

    How can I solve this?

    Please help me

    Hello Factual,

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. We understand you are trying to add a profile to the Xbox console. First lets try to

    power cycle     the console, then unplug for 30 seconds and plug it back in. Once done and powered back up try to add the profile again.

    I have that problem aswell and i triend power cycling turning of the wifi and back on and everything i waited a day to see if it was just a mistake maybe but it still didnt let me add an account. My xbox also says only 18 percent of it is taken up so
