    Problems with accounts


    I got the xbox one for Christmas a few years back. I hooked it up and stared to set up my profile. However, at the time I needed help from one of my parents for the address part. I asked my dad, he came in my room, he filled that information out, but then
    he continued to do everything else for me. Such as child restrictions and things like that. I asked him over and over to stop because I was not a child and I didn't want any stupid restrictions on my xbox! But he keep going anyway. When the xbox one asked
    him to make a key or pin or whatever he didn't understand. I tried to explain to him that each button on the controller correlates to the numbers on the screen. He still didn't understand. So, he proceeded to yell at me to get out of my own room! Problems with accounts :mad: Till
    this day I have no idea what he has done and neither does he. He doesn't know what key he made (he probably just pushed random buttons on the controller) and he says he doesn't remember the password to the email address he put in. Because of his...mistakes
    I cant buy any games.

    P.S. I know it sounds like a hate my dad but I really don't. I love him. But the fact that my xbox thinks that I'm a small child is rage inducing.

    Problems with account!

    It sometimes takes time for the transaction to go through. Recovering your account on your system may speed it up. Unless this happened some time ago?

    If you redeemed the codes for the Microsoft currency on a different Microsoft account than the one that is linked to this gamertag, there is no way to transfer those funds or link up the accounts at this time. You can see how our prepaid codes work on our

    Learn about gift cards and prepaid codes     support article. You will have to make the purchase on the account that you redeemed the codes on.

    If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
    to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.
