    Problems with account


    I had problems with updates for Call of Duty Cold War, in order for me to download them i always had to reset my xbox leaving the games and apps. My email associated with my original profile has now ended up on a profile i don't use so every time i want to access my original profile i can't. I've made an error somewhere. Is there any way to undo this and put the email back on my original profile so i can access it? Thanks

    If you redeemed the codes for the Microsoft currency on a different Microsoft account than the one that is linked to this gamertag, there is no way to transfer those funds or link up the accounts at this time. You can see how our prepaid codes work on our

    If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
    to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.
