I could not log in to my account so I followed the instructions on the page (delete the account and then retrieve it) but now I can not get it back
When I try to add an account, it keeps loading and nothing happens
how do I solve it ?

Problems with account!

It sometimes takes time for the transaction to go through. Recovering your account on your system may speed it up. Unless this happened some time ago?

You can check your account at
https://billing.microsoft.com to see what the charge was for. Phone support are the only ones who can help with billing issues though, so you'll have to give them a call.

Hi there,

for Xbox One:

please double check
http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if any issues are shown.

If all shows without issues, try the following steps

Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)

Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

Redownload your profile

For Xbox 360:

try the following steps:

Delete your profile from the console, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link:

http://support.xbox.com/xbox-360/settings-and-initial-setup/profile-move-delete

Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:
http://support.xbox.com/xbox-360/settings-and-initial-setup/clear-system-cache

Turn the console off.

Turn the console on.

Clear the console cache one more time

Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 2.)

If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
