    Problems with account migration from UK to US


    Hello,

    I migrated my account to the UK from the US a few years ago, and recently moved back. I don't have any reason that I'm aware of that would prevent my account from migrating properly, but the website doesn't seem to want to allow me to do so using the normal
    route. I've also had issues with my xbox rewards account that are in a similar vein, in which it wants me to update my billing and location information, but as far as I can tell all of that is accurate as well.

    Migrating US account to UK

    Hello. I recently bought a UK microsoft points code and it didn't work with my US xbox live account. So I talked to support and they told me my account should be in the same country as the country where I bought the console from. I bought the console from
    the UK so I thought I should migrate my account to the UK. But on the manage country/region page there was no UK migration. Is there a way I can migrate my account to the UK? Please help. If it's not possible to migrate my account to the UK, if I make a UK
    account, reedem the points on that UK account and purchase Castle Crashers on that account, will I be able to play the game on my US account? For instance, launch the game on the UK account then play online on the US account?

    You won’t be able to change your region if any of the following conditions apply:

    • You changed regions within the last three months.
    • Your account is currently suspended (for example, if the credit card on one of your memberships has expired).
    • You have an Xbox 360 Entertainment For All contract.
    • You are a minor (as defined by applicable law) in your current region and will not be a minor in the region that you want to change to.
    • You are currently not a minor (as defined by applicable law) in your current region and will become a minor in the region that you want to change to.
    If none of these apply to you and you can't complete the process on the website, you will need to contact
    Microsoft Phone Support. Hope this helps.

    As ngocphi said, you can't migrate from US to UK. It's not possible. He gave you help by suggesting you create a silver (UK) account. You can buy UK content on that second account, and use that content on your main account.

    I migrated earlier before I bought Xbox One... From czech republic to UK. Now on Xbox One I have US in settings. So I live in CZ, witch UK account and US store... Everything is allright, for now.

    I want migrate back to czech republic, but what I read, there is a lot of problem with this. I have all games from US store, so I dont want lose them.
