Problems with account enforcement

So... One thing that xbox live haven't thought of was the games with larger servers, of large factions, I have been playing Ark survival evolved for a few months now and i have been part of a very successful tribe, and some childish people have went and
mass reported me just to mess with me and my team mates, the last enforcement action that was taken against me was for censored profanity on my profile, which i changed as soon as i was able, i have been a friendly person in parties or in game chat but some
people are just a bunch of trolls and i really wish you guys could find a way to tell if these are legitimate, for instance: if 10 complaints come in within 2 minutes clearly it was an organised thing between friends, i don't appreciate having my comms blocked
for no reason other than some people being childish, luckily the enforcement only lasts until tomorrow but i am still a little peeved, please at least just try to find a way to stop illegitimate reporting of players who have done nothing wrong (Check friends
lists and time between complaints)

Problems with Enforcement page

I've been having the same issues trying to look at the case review for my little brother's enforcement action - and it has happened on a previous occasion a few months ago too. I've tried on Windows 10 (IE and Edge with no extensions, Chrome and Firefox
with extensions) and on iOS (Safari, Firefox and Chrome, all without extensions). On iOS when using Firefox, I did notice that the URL briefly gets redirected to something along the lines of aspxerror?/path/to/previous/page just before you get redirected to
the homepage. I've been unable to get in to review the details of this case review because of this.

There is no set number of reports that will get you banned - each one is investigated by the enforcement team, and suspensions are only issued if evidence of a code of conduct violation is found. Unfortunately, because your suspension is only for 24 hours
it is not eligible for a case review, but in the future should you want more information about a suspension or to have the enforcement team take a second look, you can find information over at
http://enforcement.xbox.com - that's the best source for all things related to enforcement.

 

This is not intended to be rude in any way shape or form, but i can guarantee that there is no evidence since no violation of the code of conduct has been committed, I know that as a fact since i only message friends and am a genuinely friendly person never
mind player, this kind of thing just really irritates me and i hope you don't take offence when i say, they are definitely mistake about this violation.

I can assure you that the enforcement team looks in to an report and then makes the decision and if you have violated the ToU/CoC then an action will be made.

I am sure Xbox/Enforcement team takes the abuse of the report system very seriously.

It honestly cannot be the case, i have done absolutely nothing except sit in a party with my friends, you say they can't share evidence, which is understandable, but i do not believe my treatment has been anywhere near fair, considering i keep to myself
and i don't even respond to griefers or trolls, i'm not saying that they could be wrong, i am saying that they 100% definitely are. The worst of it is, i can't let anyone know that it happened because they will just do it again, and i am just gonna end up
getting perma banned, what i want is some sort of counter action to this, be it even a warning to the reporting player because this (as i said) is not fair on respectful players like myself, please don't tell me i'm wrong again, because i know i am right and
have my own evidence to support it.

 

Dude I wasn't saying you're wrong, just siding with the enforcement team as they don't read the forums. No one knows what goes on but I am sure they double check every report.

Have you sent offensive text message or other ingame or using the messaging system on the xbox one/smartglass/APP and web?

The enforcement team just don't give out suspension to any and everyone, there as to be a reason for the suspension. I am sorry you're frustration the case is something was wrong.

If you think the people have abused the report system, use the report system and add a comment for the team.

It is very rare that I message anyone, be it any device, and it almost always my friends or the occasional GG, when I get a good fight on dark souls, I don't have a clue who has reported me but I am one of the most reasonable guys you will come across, sorry
for venting guys, It just sucks that I know that the system is being abused and I cant really do anything because I don't know who has reported me, all I know is that it was something to do with communications which the most I have done was make a beaver joke
on ark (it was extremely tasteful) thanks for the help guys, I'll see what I can do from here, only a couple more hours anyway

Enforcement team doesn't give out the information of the person(s) who made the report. if it was wrong and abused I am sure they will be dealt with.
