    I bought a second hand xbox 360 and was attempting to set it up. When I attempted to log in using the xbox live account a message appeared saying that the console could not be used online due to previous misuse. Two numbers were shown onscreen: a console
    serial number 60742630285 and a console id 019775666311. Can you help me with this issue

    If the console has been banned then you'll need to take it back to where it was purchased for a refund/exchange. Console bans are not reversed.
