    Problems with a Profile Address


    In short.

    To buy the XBOX Game Pass Ultimate, one must have a payment method and a "Profile Address".
    I already added a Payment Method and everything is OK with that.

    However, despite the fact that my Microsoft account HAS a billing address filled-in, the Microsoft store still asks me to fill in my "Profile address".

    When I try to fill it in, I cannot change my County/Region from the United Kingdom.

    I do not live in UK, and my Microsoft account address is in Kazakhstan.

    Is the problem that Game Pass is not supported in Kazakhstan? List of supported regions/countries for Game Pass include Russia but not Kazakhstan.

    Is the problem that I recently added the Billing Address, and the system needs some time to update the info?

    Why can't I change UK to (at the very least) Russia/Kazakhstan?

    I already tried re-logging in Microsoft Store.

    Unfortunately, so far, your region is not supported by Game Pass. Changing your account region will not allow you to subscribe.

    What are you trying to buy exactly? Some games and items can only be purchased with a credit card. I would also check to be sure you have enough to cover taxes and surcharges.
