    Is there anything I can do or where should I access to figure it out

    Problems with redeeming membership code

    My Xbox live is about to expire and so I've brought a new 12 month membership. However, when I put the code in and confirm everything it won't put the subscription on my account and says that there is a problem with it and that I should try later. I looked
    on the support section and everything is up and running. My subscription runs out tomorrow. Do I have to wait for it expire before I redeem it? Any help would be greatly appreciated
