problems with 360 since xboxone

im seriously struggleing with this as there is really no awnsers and it makes no sense. since i got my xbox one 2 days ago i am having major problems with xbox live on my 360, i have only one ethernet cable so i unplug it when i want to switch to the other
console and i plug it into the console i want to use, so anyway on the 360 partys are lagging, the connection keeps dropping, dashboard not loading, however everything runs flawlessly with my xboxone, no connection problems at all. and no connection problems
on the computer at my house, its literally just xbox live on the 360, ive tried changing ip on the consoles to make sure there isnt an ip conflict. im really puzzled by this as it makes no sense at all. i even formatted my 360 because i did not know what else
to do, ive lost everything for no reason. this all started since i got xboxone and i really do feel its some kind of glitch with my account.

Matchmaking service alert

Hey guys,

I'm recently having quite a lot of problems in the matchmaking department (xbox 360), it seems that other people have the same problems since the last update. Is there any fix in the making? Maybe something we can do?

My xbox is DMZ'd and I don't have any problems on my XboxOne.

Suddenly no video output but can hear sound

Had the same a couple of times since the update. Seems to be affecting a few users as per here....

The only thing I can think of is you should probably reboot your router when you swap the cable over just to help refresh everything. Or use a different port on your router when you swap the cable over.

 

already done that dude. am absolutley clueless on where to go from here. its seriously irritating because i have not heard of anyone else with this problem. i guarentee this is one of those problems that i just cant resolve no matter what i do, i have even
set my router back to factory settings.....twice.
